Great staff, the receptionist (Abrar) was very nice, friendly and professional. She was able to provide us with comfortable solutions for our big family. Room we're very comfortable. Dinner and lunch had different options so everyone enjoyed their meals. We had special needs child and the staff helped us with the transportation.

Breakfast is good but needed matching IHG standard of breakfast like in other Inercon hotels. Some variety to need to be added and improved.

Friendly staff everywhere helping in performing anything required so fast since first moment at checking in, also the rooms were so clean to stay and enjoy calm and quite decoration, as well as kitchen which was full of variety at each meal.

As usual the staff carried the IHG name extremely well. Easy and fast check in. Room was nice and large. Breakfast was ok. Check out was good as well.
